On January 21, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals signed a Corrected Order Reversing Judgment of Disbarment and Remanding for New Trial in the appeal of Sherman attorney Don L. Jarvis, Jr., 42, SBOT Card No. 90002001, of a Judgment of Disbarment issued by the Evidentiary Panel for the State Bar of Texas District 01A-2 grievance committee in Case No. D0090630446 on October 20, 2008. The disbarment is reversed and the matter is remanded to the District 01 grievance committee for a new trial on the merits.
