On October 28, 2014 the Board of Disciplinary Appeals affirmed the judgment of disbarment of Houston attorney Elene B. Glassman, 72, State Bar of Texas Card No. 08016000 signed by the District 4-6 Evidentiary Panel of the State Bar of Texas on June 18, 2013 in case no. H0051132998. The Board affirmed the findings that Ms. Glassman violated TDRPC 3.01and 3.02. BODA cause number 53021. Ms. Glassman has appealed this matter to the Texas Supreme Court cause no 14-0929. The Supreme Court of Texas affirmed the judgment of disbarment on June 5, 2015.
