On January 5, 2026, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals entered an Agreed Judgment of Suspension in the reciprocal discipline case against Indianapolis, IN attorney Zachary Scott Kester [#24126475]. On September 26, 2025, a Published Order Finding Misconduct and Imposing Discipline was entered by the Indiana Supreme Court, in Case No. 24S-DI-153; styled In the Matter of: Zachary S. Kester, in which the Court found Kester in violation of Indiana Professional Conduct Rules 1.5(a) (unreasonable fee), 3.1 (asserting a position for which there is no non-frivolous basis in law or fact), 8.4(a) (attempting to charge an unreasonable fee), and 8.4(d) (conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice). Kester was suspended for sixty days.  By agreement, he is suspended from the practice of law in Texas for sixty days, beginning January 5, 2026, and extending through March 6, 2026.
