SBC-24-O-30656; SBC-24-O-30844), styled In re AARON SPOLIN on Discipline, disbarring Spolin. The order followed a Stipulation Re Facts, Conclusions of Law, and Disposition wherein Spolin stipulated that he violated Rules 1.4(b) (communication), 2.1 (failure to render candid advice), 7.1(a) (false or misleading communication about the lawyer’s services), 1.5(a) (unconscionable fee) of the California Rules of Professional Conduct, and Section 6068(m) (communication) of the California Business and Professions Code.
