The Petition states that on or about January 27, 2020, the Supreme Court of Tennessee at Nashville entered an Order of Enforcement prohibiting Respondent from the practice of law in Tennessee, which is tantamount to disbarment, in Case No. M2020-00101-SC-BAR-BP, BOPR No. 2019-2987-0-AJ, In Re: Cassidy Teater, An Attorney Licensed to Practice Law in Kentucky and Texas.  The Petition also states that on or about February 20, 2020, the Supreme Court of Kentucky issued an Opinion and Order imposing reciprocal discipline and disbarring Respondent from the practice of law in Kentucky, in Case No. 2019-SC-000598-KB, Kentucky Bar Association v. Cassidy Ann Teater.  BODA Case # 64721.
