Mr. Fredrickson resigned in lieu of discipline from the Washington State Bar Association on April 7, 2015 in the matter styled, In re Eric Lee Fredrickson, Bar No. 44759, Proceeding No. 15#00020 wherein it is alleged that Mr. Fredrickson violated the trsut account rules, charged an unconscionable fee, converted client funds to his own use, failed to keep complete trust account records, failed to account to a client, failed refund an unearned fee, and failed to respond to requests for information from the State Bar of Washington. On October 20, 2015, the Texas Supreme Court accepted Mr. Fredrickson's resignation in lieu of discipline by Miscellaneous Docket No.15-9213. BODA dismissed the case on October 27, 2015.
