On January 25, 1994 the Board of Disciplinary Appeals disbarred Duncanville, TX attorney Michael S. Young, State Bar of Texas Card no. 22203700. On or about July 23, 1993, Mr. Young pled guilty to making a false statement to a financial institution in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1014 in Case Number 3:93-CR-199-R(l), styled United States of America v. Michael S. Young, United States District Court, Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division and was sentenced to 18 months' imprisonment, followed by a period of supervised release for a term of five years following release from prison.
