On or about March 31, 2016, the Supreme Court of Florida entered its judgment in a matter styled In Re: Petition for Disciplinary Revocation of Robert Hill Hosch Jr., Case No. SC16-315, Lower Tribunal No(s): 2016-00,294 (13A) HDR. The judgment granted the Petition for Disciplinary Revocation and stated that disciplinary revocation is tantamount to disbarment. The petition stated Hosch was the managing partner of his law firm, and, that, after the firm ceased operations, many court hearings were held without counsel from the firm appearing on behalf of their clients.
