On February 24, 2005, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals dismissed for want of prosecution the appeal of Wylie attorney Wayne H. Cobb, Jr., 52, SBOT Card No. 04444140, of a judgment of partially probated suspension issued by the Evidentiary Panel for the State Bar of Texas District 06A grievance committee in Case Nos. D0030116236 and D0030218289. The Board found that Cobb did not file a reporter's record or a brief. The Board issued an Order to Show Cause to Cobb on December 28, 2004, giving him 30 days to respond and show cause as to why this appeal should not be dismissed for want of prosecution. Cobb did not respond.
