On or about August 1, 2001, Coop-Ullman was censured by the Disciplinary Board of the Washington State Bar Association in Public No. 00#00123; styled, In re VIRGINIA COOP-ULLMAN, Lawyer, WSBA No. 19378. In accordance with Part IX of the Texas Rules of Disciplinary Procedure, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals publicly reprimanded Coop-Ullman.
