On or about January 28, 2003 the Louisiana Attorney Discipline Board entered an agreed Ruling of Public Reprimand in Cause No. 02-DB-073, styled, In Re: Michael S. Fawer. In accordance with Part IX of the Texas Rules of Disciplinary Procedure, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals issued an agreed judgment of public reprimand.
