On August 15, 2002, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals entered an agreed judgment of reinstatement for San Antonio attorney, Robert A. Forester, 46, SBOT Card No.07256550. On or about December 24, 1999, Forester was indefinitely suspended from the practice of law by an agreed judgment of indefinite disability suspension. Forester is reinstated to the practice of law under an agreed judgment terminating the indefinite disability suspension and agreed judgment of probated disability suspension. Forester will be on disability probation and subject to certain terms and conditions for 24 months, beginning August 15, 2002.
