On February 6, 2003, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals dismissed for want of prosecution the appeal of San Antonio attorney Roy R. Jimenez, 50, SBOT Card No. 10667600, of a judgment of disbarment issued by the Evidentiary Panel for the State Bar of Texas District 10B-3 grievance committee in Case Nos. S0110008796 and S0060109296 on May 20, 2002. The Board found that Jimenez did not file a reporter's record or a brief. The Board issued an Order to Show Cause to Jimenez on December 5, 2002, giving him 30 days to respond and show cause as to why this appeal should not be dismissed for want of prosecution. Jimenez did not respond.
