On June 16, 2009, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals signed a judgment of disbarment against Carrollton attorney, David M. Ucherek, 39, State Bar of Texas Card No. 00794765. On or about September 17, 2008, the Supreme Court of Illinois disbarred Ucherek in In re M.R. 22538, David M. Ucherek, 103 North Race Street, Urbana, Illinois 61801-2625. Mr. Ucherek did not answer or appear in this disciplinary proceeding. In accordance with Part IX of the Texas Rules of Disciplinary Procedure, Ucherek was disbarred from the practice of law in Texas.
