De La Garza, 58, State Bar of Texas Card No. 05646875, from a judgment of disbarment signed on November 22, 2010 by the Evidentiary Panel for the State Bar of Texas District 10-1 grievance committee in Case No. S0090820754. De La Garza did not file a brief and the Board issued an Order to Show Cause to De La Garza on June 9, 2011, giving him 30 days to respond and show cause as to why the appeal should not be dismissed for want of prosecution. De La Garza did not respond.
