On October 28, 2014 the Board of Disciplinary Appeals affirmed the judgment of disbarment of Houston attorney Craig F. Sandling, 60, State Bar of Texas Card No. 17621700 signed by the District 9-3 Evidentiary Panel of the State Bar of Texas on July 1,2013 in case no. A0041214451. The Board affirmed the findings that Mr. Sandling violated TDRPC 1.14(a), 1.14(c), 1.15(d) and 8.04(a)(1). BODA cause number 53112. Mr. Sandling appealed to the Texas Supreme Court, No. 14-0934  and his appeal was dismissed for want of prosecution on March 13, 2015.
