Baca, 37, State Bar of Texas Card No. 24048333, from a judgment of a partially probated suspension signed on February 12, 2014 by the Evidentiary Panel for the State Bar of Texas District 4-4 grievance committee in Case Nos. H0081235624 and H0111236093. Baca violated TDRPC 1.03(a), 1.14 (a) and 8.04(a)(8). He is suspended from the practice of law for three years, beginning June 1, 2014, with the last two years of the suspension probated. BODA cause number 53798.
