On July 30, 2018 the Board of Disciplinary Appeals affirmed the judgment of disbarment of San Antonio attorney Linda Irene Perez, 58, State Bar of Texas Card No. 00798427, signed on November 13, 2017 by Evidentiary Panel 10-4 for the State Bar of Texas District 10 grievance committee in Case Nos. 201606325 and 201700795. The evidentiary panel found that Perez violated TDRPC 1.01(b)(1), 1.03(a), 1.04(a), 1.14(a), 1.14(b), 1.15(d), 3.03(a)(1), and 8.04(a)(3). Ms. Perez appealed the Board's decision to the Texas Supreme Court, case no. 18-0747 and it was affirmed on December 14, 2018. BODA cause number 59902.
