On or about August 26, 2002, the Louisiana Attorney Discipline Board entered an agreed Ruling of Public Reprimand in Cause No. 01-DB-093, styled, In Re: Richard Todd Hopes. In accordance with Part IX of the Texas Rules of Disciplinary Procedure, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals issued an agreed judgment of public reprimand.
