William V. Wade v. Comm'n for Lawyer Discipline

Mr. Wade is appealing a judgment of partially probated suspension signed by the State Bar of Texas Evidentiary Panel No. 4-5 on July 23, 2014.  The grievance panel found that Mr. Wade violated TRPC 1.04(d), 1.14(a) and (b) and 8.04(a)(8).
