    The Supreme Court of Texas appointed Jason Boatright of Dallas, David Iglesias of Tyler and W.C. "Bud" Kirkendall of Seguin to the Board of Disciplinary Appeals on October 12, 2021.  All terms began October 12, 2021.

    The Supreme Court of Texas reappointed Kelli M. Hinson of Dallas, Michael C. Gross of San Antonio, and Nancy J. Stone of Amarillo to the Board of Disciplinary Appeals. Ms. Hinson, Mr. Gross, and Ms. Stone were first appointed to the Board on June 29, 2018 and will serve for a second term of three years, expiring Aug. 31, 2024. A copy of the Misc.     On June 29, 2020, the Supreme Court of Texas issued its Eighteenth Emergency Order Regarding the COVID-19 State of Disaster.  The Court’s order does not contain any additional extensions to deadlines in attorney professional disciplinary and disability proceedings.  However, the extensions set forth in the Court’s Seventeenth Emergency Order continue to apply.  All deadlines that would otherwise expire between March 13, 2020 and July 1, 2020, remain extended until August 15, 20
